Why do we process personal data?
HyTEPS processes personal data for the purpose of making the website available to its users and for the purpose of registration for certain parts of the website. An example of this is the registration form for training courses. HyTEPS processes personal data in order to be able to send further information about services, reference material, marketing material or other publications by e-mail or by post. Personal data are also used to optimize the website.

HyTEPS processes personal data such as contact details, name and address details and administrative data. HyTEPS does not process any special personal data. This includes sensitive data such as someone’s race, religion or health.

HyTEPS will not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for processing the purposes described above, unless this data is necessary for compliance with a statutory retention obligation.
