In the latest issue of Power Journal of 2025, HyTEPS' Management Team looks back on the past year as well as ahead to the future. What trends and developments do they see, and what do they mean for customers and employees?
"In early 2025, we moved to our new premises in Eindhoven. We celebrated this special milestone with colleagues, customers, partners, family and friends. The opening was framed by a unique musical performance and a speech by none other than Doekle Terpstra, chairman of Techniek Nederland at the time.
The office is much more accessible for customers and employees, has a great look and feel and offers plenty of space for our new 'experience centre' and hosting training courses and meetings.
Our organisation is becoming increasingly responsive at all levels. We can serve more customers and are ready for the developments coming our way. We still approach customer questions from facts and knowledge. We are not about selling as many hours or products as possible, but about helping the customer further and building long-term relationships in the process. And we find that this is appreciated.
We invest heavily in R&D and continue the way of working developed over the past 18 years. We also continue to continuously adapt that approach to new requirements and challenges."
- Daan Peeters Business Development, HyTEPS

"In our old premises in Gemert, we had really outgrown our premises. The new building not only represents our growth, it also marks a new phase for HyTEPS. We now offer people more room to grow, both literally and figuratively: with a pleasant working environment, training courses and challenging projects.
Employees are given ample opportunity to develop and apply their expertise in specific areas: from measurement, monitoring, and simulation, to service, maintenance and product development.
Electricity and energy supply are now high on the agenda of administrators, and this development continues. We want to tackle increasingly complex issues and unburden customers with a combination of analyses, advice, software and hardware. We always think in terms of fully integrated solutions. This requires a high level of knowledge and thinking from our employees, combined with a proactive attitude, in order to optimally support existing and new customers in a rapidly changing world. As an organisation, we are also taking extra steps towards our internal sustainability goals."
- Christan van Dorst, technical director, HyTEPS
"HyTEPS continues to grow, both in terms of employees and knowledge. We have completed some very challenging technical projects this year, and I am very proud of that. We also worked hard to further develop our technical knowledge. By identifying the latest developments and applying our experience to them, we can continue to provide solutions to customers' challenges.
We continue to ensure that people do not get any surprises as a result of electrification and grid congestion, for example, but can instead get more and more out of their existing installations, something we call 'infusing'.
The organisation is now really future-oriented. We are now in the middle of the Brainport region and employ several students from Eindhoven University of Technology. We support Dutch classes, where their partners can also join. In addition, we are still always open to supporting new social projects."
- Jorlan Peeters, managing director, HyTEPS
